Refund and Cancellation Policy

Famzzi is a marketplace platform that connects families with local activity providers. Because activities are provided by independent vendors, refund and cancellation policies vary by vendor. This policy outlines how refunds work on the Famzzi platform.

2. Vendor-Managed Refunds

Most activities on Famzzi are managed directly by vendors. For these activities:

• The vendor sets their own refund and cancellation policy, which is displayed on the activity listing.
• You must review the vendor refund policy before completing registration.
• Refund requests for vendor-managed activities must be directed to the vendor directly using the contact information provided in your registration confirmation.
• Famzzi is not responsible for processing or guaranteeing refunds for vendor-managed activities.

3. Free Activities

Many activities on Famzzi are free. For free activities, no payment is processed and no refund is applicable. You may cancel your registration by contacting the vendor directly or by updating your registration in your Famzzi family dashboard.

4. External Registrations

Some activities (such as Home Depot Kids Workshops) link directly to an external registration page. For these activities, the external provider's refund policy applies. Famzzi has no involvement in the registration or refund process for external activities.

5. Activity Cancellation by Vendor

If a vendor cancels an activity after families have registered, the vendor is responsible for notifying registered families and processing any applicable refunds. Famzzi will make reasonable efforts to notify affected families when we are informed of cancellations.

6. Disputes

If you experience a dispute with a vendor regarding a refund, please contact us at hello@famzzi.com. While Famzzi cannot guarantee resolution of vendor disputes, we take vendor conduct seriously and may take action including removal of vendors who fail to honor their stated refund policies.
